This position reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper. Supervise and inspect guest room accommodations and public areas to ensure housekeeping standards meet the required quality standard of the Resort. Supervise team to ensure the department is operated efficiently and effectively and will be engaged in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the resort. This role also may include assignment of rooms to the team and inventorying of supplies. The Housekeeping duties will be inclusive of all front and back of house areas: cleaning, removing trash to include in the interior and exterior guest areas, and dusting rooms; cleaning windows; lobbies, lounges, restrooms, and stairways; cleaning, changing, and folding linens and towels; wiping furniture; and mopping and vacuuming floors.
